My Experience Working With Cruz

I am currently the newest member of the Cruz & Co's modelling team. I started 3 weeks ago and those 3 weeks have been eventful and certainly exciting. I speak on behalf of the models when I say it has been amazing and a great experience. Being a Cruz model has also shown it’s difficult sides, because of all the practices and the photo shoots and the unexpected shows etc.

It’s even worse when you can’t make it to the show or photo shoots, however, it’s will be easy to adapt to the ways of the working system. There isn’t much of a strict hierarchical system it’s more of a socialist group meaning everyone is equal no matter what they are which makes the company unique.

As a whole I am really excited for what the future of Cruz will become and how I will develop to enhance my modelling skills and presentation skills.

My critical rating for Cruz is : 7/10
